Policies…

A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit of one nights room rate is applied. A 14 day notice is required if you must change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel after that date, you will receive a refund of the deposit only if the room can be re-rented. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $25. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of reservation date will receive no refund unless we are able to rebook the room.  Most major credit cards are accepted.

  • Rates at Loutre Lane vary from $85 to $125 per night depending on room choice plus tax. Mid week rates apply to Monday thru Thursday night stays and range from $65 to $95 depending on room choice plus tax.   We do require a two-night minimum on most festival weekends only.
  • All rates include a full breakfast, complimentary beverages, popcorn and robes for the evening. All rooms have private baths and ceiling fans.  Please request any special dietary needs at the time of your reservation.  We will be happy to accommodate you whenever possible.
  • Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Loutre Lane is a smoke- free environment.  All guests must be at least 18 years of age. Maximum occupancy is two people per room. Pets are not allowed. We will, however, be happy to help guests make boarding arrangements for their pets at our local kennels. 
  • If you have cat allergies please note that we do have a pet cat in the house.  Enter at your own risk.  “Puffy” is not permitted in the guest rooms but does have access to the common areas.
